General

payment & Deliverables

Payment is due within 30 days of you receiving an invoice. Krona will not continue work until all outstanding balances are paid in full. Deliverables will be sent within 5 business days of receiving payment. Drafts may contain watermarks, reduced quality or copy protection. Final versions will not be sent until final payment is received.

Revisions

Revisions made after final delivery are complimentary for one hour of additional labor. Any labor beyond this is billed at standard rates.

CANCELLATION

You will notify Krona of a cancellation within 48 hours of their agreed upon meeting. No-call-no-shows will be billed for the missed meeting.

FORCE MAJUER

Standard language that roughly translates to: “if something out of our hands happens, we promise not to be jerks about it.”

In the event either party is unable to perform its obligations under the terms of this Agreement because of acts of God, strikes, equipment or transmission failure or damage reasonably beyond its control, or other causes reasonably beyond its control, such party shall not be liable for damages to the other for any damages resulting from such failure to perform or otherwise from such causes.
